Order

After placing your order, you will receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – Sent immediately after your purchase.
  2. Shipping Confirmation Email – Includes tracking details and is sent once your package has shipped.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk Folder first.

If you used your phone number instead of an email at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email.

To receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number, please contact our Customer Support and provide the email you’d like to add to your order.

Generally, we take 1 to 2 working days to process an order before dispatching it. Once the items are shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times may vary depending on the country.

If there is no tracking number updated or the tracking information does not update for about five days, please contact our support team at info@ablevo.com for assistance.

Our confirmation letter is sent out automatically by our ordering system.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order, yet you see that payment has been charged to your credit card or PayPal account, please contact us immediately. We will confirm your order on our site and send you another confirmation email with your order number and order details.

Possible reasons you might not have received the confirmation email:

  • You may have entered an incorrect or infrequently used email address during registration.
  • You used the express checkout feature, which may have used an old email linked to your PayPal account.
  • Your email system may have filtered our confirmation email as junk mail. Please check your spam folder.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact our support team for assistance.

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing in addition to the shipping time. Typically, orders take about 10 to 15 business days to arrive. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

If you have any problems tracking your order, please contact us at info@ablevo.com. We reply within 24 hours.

To cancel an order, send us an email with all necessary details stating that you wish to cancel your order.

Note: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. If this happens, you will need to wait for the package to arrive. You can then choose to keep the item or contact us for a return or exchange.

If returning, you will be responsible for the postage required to send the item back to our collection warehouse. Refunds will be processed once we confirm receipt of the returned order.

If your order hasn’t been placed yet, you can make changes directly in your shopping cart.

Once the order has been submitted, if you need to modify it—such as changing the shipping address, size, or product—please contact our Customer Care Team at info@ablevo.com as soon as possible. We will get back to you within 24 business hours.

After your order ships out, you will receive a shipment email with your tracking number.

To track your order, log in to your account, click on “Track Order”, and enter your tracking number or order details.

or use Track My Order page.

To use a discount code, enter it into the “Discount Code” field located on the payment page and click “Apply”. Once validated, the offer will automatically be applied to your order.

You can follow the “Size Guide” on each product page to select the appropriate size for yourself.

Payment

You can try the following methods:

  1. We suggest you try using a different device or browser. Sometimes certain aspects of checkout may not display or function properly.
  2. Try checking out using PayPal Express Checkout to see if that helps.

If you’re still having trouble, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at info@ablevo.com and provide details about the issue— we’ll investigate further.

  1. Have you checked the expiration date of your coupon code?
  2. Please make sure to enter your code correctly, without spaces. Try clearing your browser’s cache.
  3. If your code is valid, a confirmation message will appear stating that your coupon code has been applied successfully.
  4. Please note that codes cannot be used concurrently—only one can be applied per order.

We accept all currencies. The website will automatically switch currencies based on your IP address. If needed, you can manually change the currency settings in the upper right corner of the page.

Payment is processed immediately once it is authorized. You will receive an email confirming your order.

If your card is not authorized or is under pre-authorization status, payment will not be taken.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Multiple coupons cannot be used at the same time.

Delivery

If you haven’t received your package, please track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipment email.

If you receive damaged items or the wrong order, please contact Ablevo Customer Service at info@ablevo.com before returning the item. They will guide you through the return procedure.

Yes, Ablevo. ships to most countries and regions worldwide. All orders are shipped via SF International, UPS, TNT, and FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped.

You can send us an email requesting a shipping address change at info@ablevo.com.

To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is complete and correct, including all necessary details.

Sometimes, your order may arrive in separate packages. There will be no additional shipping costs.

  • We currently have warehouses in the United States, China, Netherlands and Australia. Products are shipped from the closest warehouse when possible.
  • If your order contains multiple items that are too large to fit in one package, they may be shipped separately.

All orders are shipped via SF International, DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx.

Return & Refund

  1. Click 'Start A Return' button (returns can be made within 15 days of receipt of the item).
  2. Fill in your order number and Email or Phone to find your order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, specify the reason, and make an online submission. After submitting your return or refund request, we will notify you of the request's status by email.
  4. Once we approve your return request, you will receive the 'Return Details' by email.
  5. Please write down the order number and email address on a piece of paper and send it with the package (USPS is not recommended). Otherwise, the refund process may be delayed.
  6. Provide the logistics company and tracking number on the refund request page once the return package has been shipped.
  7. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days of processing.

The following returned items will not be accepted:

  • Goods that have been washed.
  • Items with man-made damage.
  • Incomplete items, such as missing hang tags, wash marks, or accessories.
  • Items stained with foundation, perfume, cigarettes, deodorant, hair, or any other condition affecting resale.
  • Items clearly stated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items beyond the after-sales service time.
  • Packages where the postage has not been prepaid (postage due upon delivery is not accepted).
  • Returns without a delivery form. If the return form is missing, please write your email information and order number on paper and include it in the package.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes associated with the return.

We will offer a full refund for all returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Once we approve your refund request, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days of processing.

Yes, the security and privacy of your personal information are of the utmost importance to us. All transactions made on Ablevo.com are secure.

We utilize encrypted payment gateways to safeguard your financial data during transactions. This ensures that your payment information is protected from unauthorized access.

We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. The data we collect is used exclusively for processing and fulfilling your order.

Your personal details are only used to ensure a smooth shopping experience, including order confirmation, shipping updates, and customer support.
